These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legally binding agreement between you and I Deserve Life Systems LLP ("we", "us", "our"), a limited liability partnership with its registered office at 29, Russa Road East 2nd Lane, Tollygunge Circus Avenue, Kolkata – 700033, West Bengal, India.

By registering for the masterclass or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

We offer a free, live online educational masterclass delivered over Zoom, along with related emails, WhatsApp messages, gifts, replays and follow-up content. The masterclass is educational and motivational in nature.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract to register. By registering you confirm that the details you provide (including name, email, WhatsApp number and form answers) are true, current and complete.

The masterclass and all associated content are provided for general education and personal development only. Nothing we share is a substitute for professional medical, mental-health, psychological, legal, tax or financial advice, diagnosis or treatment.

Always seek the advice of a qualified professional for any question you have regarding a medical, psychological or financial condition. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you heard, read or saw through our services.

Any stories, testimonials, examples or outcomes shared on our website, ads or in the masterclass are individual experiences and are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results. Outcomes depend on many factors, including your effort, circumstances, background and consistency of practice. We make no representation or warranty of any specific result.

All content we provide — including the masterclass presentation, slides, videos, replays, PDFs, journals, guides, frameworks, audio, images, logos and website design — is owned by I Deserve Life Systems LLP or its licensors and is protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the content for your own personal, non-commercial learning. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, resell, translate, sublicense, publicly share, screen-record for redistribution, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

You agree not to:

• Share your access link, replay link or account with anyone else.
• Record, download or redistribute the masterclass or any content without our written permission.
• Disrupt the live session, harass other attendees, or use the chat for spam, promotion, hate speech or illegal content.
• Use our content to build a competing product, training or offering.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the security or operation of our website.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with us.

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice or refund if you breach these Terms.

The masterclass is delivered through third-party platforms (such as Zoom, WhatsApp, email service providers and advertising platforms). Your use of those services is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for their availability, performance or actions.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted availability and freedom from errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall I Deserve Life Systems LLP, its partners, employees, contractors or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the masterclass, the website or the content — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service shall not exceed ₹1,000 (Indian Rupees One Thousand only), given that the masterclass is offered free of charge.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless I Deserve Life Systems LLP and its partners, employees and contractors from any claim, loss, liability, damage or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the service or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top will change to reflect the latest version. Material changes will be communicated by email or a prominent notice on this page. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to any right you may have to approach a consumer forum in your jurisdiction, you and we agree that the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the service.
