This Privacy Policy is issued by I Deserve Life Systems LLP ("we", "us", "our"), operating the Energy Queens Hub masterclass and community.

When you register for our masterclass or interact with our website, we may collect:

• Identity and contact details: name, email address, WhatsApp/mobile number.
• Registration form answers: age band, primary life role, area of concern, and your intent for attending.
• Approximate location: city/region derived from your IP address.
• Device and usage data: browser type, device, pages visited, referral source, and interaction events.
• Cookies, pixels and similar technologies (see Section 6).

• To register you for the live masterclass and deliver joining details.
• To send reminders, session links, replays and follow-up communication via email and WhatsApp.
• To share related educational content, offers and community updates you can opt out of at any time.
• To improve our website, content and services based on aggregated usage.
• To measure and optimise our advertising on Meta and Google platforms.
• To comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms.

Our lawful basis under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) is your consent, given when you submit the registration form or continue using the website.

We share the minimum necessary data with the following processors, who act on our instructions:

• Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) — advertising measurement, conversion tracking and retargeting on Facebook and Instagram.
• Google Ads & Google Analytics (Google LLC) — traffic analytics, ad measurement, conversion tracking and retargeting.
• Resend — transactional and marketing email delivery.
• Our CRM / WhatsApp Business provider — sending reminders and communication over WhatsApp.
• Zoom Video Communications — hosting the live masterclass session.
• Cloud hosting, error monitoring and analytics infrastructure providers we use to operate the site.

Some of these processors may store data outside India. Where that happens, we rely on their contractual and technical safeguards and on any cross-border transfer rules notified under the DPDP Act.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data to third parties for their independent marketing.

We use first-party cookies to keep the site working (e.g. remembering your registration) and third-party cookies and pixels — including the Meta Pixel and Google tags — to measure traffic and show you relevant ads.

Retargeting: if you visit this site, Meta and Google may later show you our ads on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Google Search, and partner websites. This is based on cookies and pixel signals, not on the answers you submitted in the registration form.

• Registration and communication data: retained while you remain on our list, and for up to 36 months after your last interaction, unless you request earlier deletion.

Under the DPDP Act, 2023 you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Correct or update inaccurate or incomplete data.
• Request erasure/deletion of your data.
• Withdraw your consent at any time (this will not affect processing already carried out).
• Nominate another individual to exercise your rights in the event of death or incapacity.
• Grieve unresolved concerns (see Section 11).

To exercise any of these rights, email community@energyqueenshub.com from the email you registered with. We will respond within a reasonable time, and in any case within the timelines prescribed by law.

Our services are not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, please contact us and we will delete it.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including access controls, encryption in transit and vetted processors — to protect your data. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

In accordance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made thereunder, and the DPDP Act, 2023, the grievance officer is:

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Kolkata, West Bengal.
